Trap neuter release of several colonies of cats around the Jackson, TN area

Population(s) Served

Adults

We have an area of town that is a prime dumping location for cats and kittens. We have volunteers who work constantly on catching/trapping and getting those felines to the vet to be altered so they can be returned to their colony.

In 2019 almost 300 dogs were taken into our rescue, fully vetted and adopted out. These dogs came from many different situations including but not limited to; cruelty cases involving law enforcement, strays, dogs that had been abandoned by their owners, dogs that were surrendered by their owners due to a plethora of reasons. We also developed partnerships with other rescues and shelters to work in harmony to try to save as many adoptable dogs as we possibly could.
We also make sure to spay the mom of the puppies we take from owner surrenders and neuter the dad too if they know who it is.
